Nestled in the deep greenery of Hase, Ina City, Nagano, our guesthouse offers simple accommodations for travelers. Yogoda Stay&Retreat is designed with simplicity in mind, free from excessive decoration, and thoughtfully equipped with only what is truly necessary.

Guests can enjoy their stay with comfortable bunk beds, a well-equipped shared kitchen, cozy living and work spaces, and clean shower facilities. We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi for your internet needs.

Our guesthouse is ideal for those seeking to explore the Southern Alps of Japan. Stay for a night or for extended stays; we are happy to accommodate any of your needs.

Bunk Beds

Comfortable bunk beds in a warm, solid-wood dormitory setting. Designed to be simple and functional, the space is ideal for hikers and travelers. The room is equipped with air conditioning for year-round comfort. If you feel cold, complimentary blankets are available upon request to ensure a cozy stay.
Each bed is equipped with a personal reading lamp and power outlet for your convenience, perfect for nighttime reading or charging your devices.

Shower Room

We offer clean and comfortable unit-style shower rooms separated by gender. Each shower room is equipped with two shower booths and two modern washbasins, allowing guests to use the facilities smoothly even during busy times.

Shampoo and body wash are provided, and hair dryers are available for your convenience, making it easy to travel light.
The women’s shower room also includes one women-only toilet for added comfort and privacy.

HASE DINER

HASE DINER is located next door, an eatery where guests are welcome to order and enjoy light meals, drinks, and alcoholic beverages.The space is furnished with tables, chairs, and sofas, making it perfect for relaxing, reading, or getting some work done. Guests are free to use this space during operational hours without ordering anything.

Manga and board games are also free for guests to enjoy, making it a great place to unwind.

Shared kitchen

Guests are welcome to use our spacious shared kitchen freely during their stay. It is ideal for self-catering, light meal preparation, and longer stays.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, sink, rice cooker, and coffee maker. Tableware and basic cooking utensils are also provided and available for guest use at any time.

  • Minami Alps Forest Road Bus tickets (between Todai Park Bus Stop and Kitazawa Pass)

For guests purchasing bus tickets:
If you are carrying luggage larger than 18 liters, a separate luggage ticket (¥220 one-way) is required. Please purchase one if necessary.

Shared Living Area

Next to the guesthouse is HASE DINER. During business hours, guests are welcome to relax and use the space freely, whether or not they order food or drinks.

Feel free to use the space for reading, remote work, planning your hike, or simply unwinding.

Reservation Policy

Reservations

  • Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Guests may be asked to present a valid photo ID at check-in.

  • If your expected arrival time changes, please notify us in advance.

  • Staff may not always be present at the property during check-in. Access instructions and an entry passcode will be sent to you before your arrival.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM

If you require check-in or check-out outside these hours, please contact us in advance.

Payment

  • Payment can be made either by full online prepayment or by cash upon check-in.

  • Available payment methods will be indicated during the booking process or provided upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 3 days before arrival: Free cancellation

  • 2 days before arrival through 1 day before arrival: 50% of the accommodation fee

  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
