Serene, peaceful, energizing.
This is Hase, Nagano.

Hase is a nature-rich area located in Ina City, Nagano Prefecture. Situated next to Takato, famous for its cherry blossoms, it is also known for the “zero magnetic field” at Bunkui Pass and as the gateway to the Southern Alps. Visitors are greeted by the deep blue of Miwa Lake and the majestic silhouette of Mount Senjo, often prompting the thought, “What a beautiful place.”

Separated from surrounding regions, Hase has nurtured a gentle, cooperative atmosphere where people live in harmony with nature. The rhythm of life follows the seasons: cultivating in spring, staying active in summer, harvesting in autumn, and resting quietly in winter.

Passing through the tunnel from Takato to Hase, one immediately feels Hase’s unique, unhurried flow of time—a space where both mind and body can relax and unwind. At Yogoda, we offer accommodations that allow you to stay freely and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Hase.
